T_T

昨晚练球时因为我的鞋带绑不紧,所以当我跳起来脚要落地时,鞋子一松脚就扭到了。。。
当时扭到脚时真的很痛咯。。。可是过了一下子我又能走又能跳了,我还以为我的脚没事了,练完球就和我的阿B去Mc'D吃好料。。。

可是隔了一晚,早上当我要下床时,我的脚很痛嘞,一看。。。残了,我的脚肿了..
可是早上我要上课还要教球整天的时间都排到满满了不能去看医生,等到晚上7:30教完球了就马上去早中医推脚了。。。推到我的脚反而还要肿,包到我的脚好像“bah zhang”那样。。

现在距离比赛还有两个星期。。希望能快点痊愈咯。。。

好大一只,如果是普通扭到,你应该可以赶得上比赛的!

Better dont let ur leg touch with water. Or else it will getting worse. Try not to eat those food with shell de, eg: prawn, crab, clam, mussel & etc. Last time I also got the same situation with you. Playing badminton when jumped up for smashing, then come down that time twist my ankle :(
One more thing is don walk too much. Ask ur supervisor Irene she got expereince on that :-p
